Notes
- All have the Doll special attacks.
- The Generic Doll is summoned one at a time by the Doll Factory
- The Generic Doll is susceptible to Gravity and Bind.
- The Generic Doll will spawn one at a time, the Doll Factory must be kept alive until all Generic Dolls have been killed.
