• Cleric's Bliaut increases the amount healed by 2HP/tick for a maximum of 280 HP.
• Cleric's Bliaut + max merits = 19HP/tick for a maximum of 380 HP.


• Automatons will only cast this spell when equipped with Soulsoother Head, maneuvers and attachments permitting.
• When combined with Scholar's Accession stratagem, this spell can give the effect of Regen II to the entire party.
