Can be over-written by equal or greater effect strength. Lesser strength will have no effect on target. No other effect will overwrite or block Phalanx.

Stacks with other Defense and Damage Reduction buffs (or debuffs).

Can be dispelled or removed manually.

Automatons will only cast this spell when equipped with the Stormwaker Head, maneuvers and attachments permitting.
