Enfeebling Songs

There are many different types of enfeebling songs and one sub-class, Threnodies. They have a variety of effects from DoT, slowing a mob and putting them to sleep, to name a few. All these songs are single target with Horde Lullaby being the only exception.

Threnodies are used to lower an enemies resistace to a certain element. The amount of reduction needs
