Strict training in the forbidden arts of the Far East have transformed the Ninja (NIN) into cold, hard killing machines. Capable of evading most attacks thrown at them by deceiving their opponents with their mastery of shadows Utsusemi while dealing large amounts of damage with shuriken and spells, making them invaluable on higher level foes. Available after completing the quest Ayame and Kaede.

Horizon Changes

• Minor changes to Artifact Armor.
• Mijin Gakure has been replaced with Mikage[[File:|366px|Mikage]]. - Version 1.1
• Utsusemi: Ni has had its recast increased by 15 seconds.
• Utsusemi: Ichi has had its recast increased by 15 seconds.
• Yonin is learned at Level 20 instead of 40, is modified to reduce attack by 15%, increase enmity by 10, reduce recast of Utsusemi by 10 seconds, and reduce enemy critical chance. It does not grant nor enhances the job trait Ninja Tool Expertise.
• Ninja Tool Expertise is learned at Level 40 as a trait.

• Ichi elemental wheel spells are learnable at 12 but only usable from level 15.
• Ninjutsu Magic Bursts receive an extra +50 Magic Accuracy, +35 Magic Attack and reduced enmity generation, except on notorious monsters.
• The resistance down on an elemental ninjutsu is -30 regardless of the level of the ninjutsu. The resistance down lasts for 15 seconds, but can be potentially extended to 25 seconds through Merit Points.
• Elemental wheel spells receiving a total of +25 magic accuracy. - Update 1.1
• All Ninjustu have +15 magic accuracy, with a further +10 for all elemental wheel spells (+25 m.acc total.) This effect is increased to +50 extra magic accuracy on magic bursts, on all non-notorious monsters.
• Hojo: Ni provides +40 cumulative enmity (CE) and +450 volatile enmity (VE). Essentially CE is halved and VE is doubled compared to retail/era.
• Kurayami: Ni provides +40 cumulative enmity (CE) and +450 volatile enmity (VE). Essentially CE is halved and VE is doubled compared to retail/era.
